Still not sure which service you need? Call and describe the space — we will tell you which one it is, even if it is the cheaper one.
What does it cost?
Homes are priced by the job, not the hour, after we’ve seen it — square footage, number of bathrooms and how long it’s been since the last deep clean all move the number. Commercial is priced per visit against the written scope. The walkthrough is free, and the price we give you is the price on the invoice.
Is it really the same team every time?
Yes, and it’s the main reason people stay. National franchises assign whichever subcontractor is available that week, which is why you re-explain your building every month. Ask any company you’re considering who exactly will be in your space in ninety days. The answer tells you a lot.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most of our recurring clients give us a code or a key and go to work. For the first visit we’d rather you were there for ten minutes at the start so we can walk it together.
What products do you use?
Plant-based, low-odor products that are safe around children, pets and staff on the next shift. Commercial sites that require specific disinfectants get those instead. If you’d prefer we use your own products, we will.
How far ahead do you book?
Recurring residential usually starts within a week. Move-outs and post-construction we try to fit inside a few days, because those dates rarely move. Commercial contracts start with a walkthrough we can usually do the same week.
