Remodeling cleanup.
A kitchen, a bath, an addition — the dust from a remodel lands in a house somebody is still living in. That is a different job from a new build.
Remodel, not new build
You are living in the jobsite.
What’s included
The dust goes where you are not looking.
Remodel dust travels through the whole house through vents and doorways. Cleaning the finished room is the easy half — the rest is everywhere the dust went while the work was happening.

The remodeled room
- Drywall and sanding dust off every surface
- Cabinet and drawer interiors
- New fixtures, hardware and glass
- Paint and adhesive removed from windows
- Floors vacuumed then damp-mopped
- Vents and returns in the work area
The rest of the house
- Adjacent rooms dusted and vacuumed
- Hallways and stairs the crew used
- Air returns and filters checked
- Furniture and surfaces wiped down
- Entry, porch and driveway swept
- Debris and packaging removed
How remodeling cleanup is priced
By the size of the work area plus however much of the house the dust reached. A single bathroom is usually one visit; a kitchen or an addition often takes a clean between trades and a final. We quote both so you can decide.

Why people stay with us
Because you still have to sleep there.
The best team, every visit
You meet the people who clean your space, and then you keep them — the same two, not whoever is free that week. They learn the building instead of starting over every month.
A written scope before we start
Every room and every task on one page, agreed in advance. You know what is included and so does the crew. No “that was not in the quote” on day thirty.
Products that are safe around people
Plant-based and low-odor, safe for kids, pets and staff working the next shift. If your site requires specific disinfectants, we use those instead.
Locally owned — and you can reach the owner
One number, answered by someone who can actually make a decision about your account. Not a franchise call center three states away.
Before you call
Remodeling cleanup, answered.

Living in the house during the remodel? Tell us — we schedule around the rooms you are actually using.
How is this different from post-construction?
A new build is empty. A remodel is a house with people, furniture and pets in it. We mask off the work area, protect what stays, and clean the path the dust took through the rest of the home.
Can you come between trades?
Yes, and for kitchens and additions we recommend it. One clean mid-project keeps the dust from settling into everything twice.
Do you handle debris?
Packaging, offcuts and jobsite trash from the work area, yes. Full construction dumpster loads are your contractor’s scope, not ours.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a few days. Tell us the date the trades finish and we will hold it.
