Post-construction cleaning.
New builds, remodels and additions. Three passes, because construction dust settles three times — and the walk-through only happens once.
Why one pass is never enough
Drywall dust settles three times.
What’s included
The detail is the whole job.
Construction dust is fine enough to stay airborne for hours. Clean once and it settles again overnight, right before your client walks in. So the job is built as three visits, not one.

Floors and finishes

- Stair treads, rails and balusters
- Garage and exterior entry swept
How post-construction is priced
By square footage and scope of the build, quoted per pass so you can book all three or only the final. Builders and remodelers usually set up all three at the start of the project. If your schedule slips — and it will — we move with it at no charge.

Why people stay with us
Built for the day the client walks in.
The best team, every visit
You meet the people who clean your space, and then you keep them — the same two, not whoever is free that week. They learn the building instead of starting over every month.
A written scope before we start
Every room and every task on one page, agreed in advance. You know what is included and so does the crew. No “that was not in the quote” on day thirty.
Products that are safe around people
Plant-based and low-odor, safe for kids, pets and staff working the next shift. If your site requires specific disinfectants, we use those instead.
Locally owned — and you can reach the owner
One number, answered by someone who can actually make a decision about your account. Not a franchise call center three states away.
Before you call
Post-construction, answered.

Building on a deadline? Set up all three passes at the start and we hold the dates as the schedule moves.
Why three passes?
Rough clean gets debris and bulk material out so the remaining trades can work. Touch-up comes after the last trade. Final detail is glass, fixtures, cabinet interiors and floors. Anyone quoting a single pass has not done many.
Can we book only the final?
Yes. Some builders handle rough clean in-house and bring us for the final detail. Priced per pass either way.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few days. Post-construction dates rarely move, so tell us the handover date and we will say straight away whether we can hold it.
Do you handle remodels too?
Yes — an addition or a kitchen remodel produces the same dust as a new build, just contained in a lived-in house. We mask the rest of the home while we work.
