Commercial cleaning in San Antonio.
Offices, medical suites, salons, clubhouses and retail — cleaned after hours on a written checklist, by the same crew every visit.
What a contract looks like
Priced per visit, not per hour.
What’s included
Everything on the list, every visit.
Your scope is built during the walkthrough and printed on one page. Nothing on it is optional, and nothing off it shows up as a surprise line on your invoice.

Every visit
- Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced
- Restrooms cleaned, sanitized and restocked
- Break room counters, sinks, microwave and tables
- Hard floors vacuumed and mopped
- Carpet vacuumed, edges included
- Glass doors, partitions and entry glass
- High-touch points: handles, switches, rails
- Desks and surfaces wiped where cleared
On a rotation
- Baseboards and door frames
- Vents, sills and light fixtures dusted
- Interior windows
- Floor scrub, strip or wax as required
- Upholstery and chair bases
- Kitchen appliance interiors
- Storage and back-of-house areas
How commercial is priced
Per visit, against the scope — not per hour. The number comes from square footage, number of restrooms, floor type and how many nights a week you want us. Most offices land on weekly or three nights a week. You have the written price before we start, and it does not move unless you change the scope.

Why people stay with us
The part most cleaning companies won’t put in writing.
The best team, every visit
You meet the people who clean your space, and then you keep them — the same two, not whoever is free that week. They learn the building instead of starting over every month.
A written scope before we start
Every room and every task on one page, agreed in advance. You know what is included and so does the crew. No “that was not in the quote” on day thirty.
Products that are safe around people
Plant-based and low-odor, safe for kids, pets and staff working the next shift. If your site requires specific disinfectants, we use those instead.
Locally owned — and you can reach the owner
One number, answered by someone who can actually make a decision about your account. Not a franchise call center three states away.
Before you call
Commercial cleaning, answered.

Not sure what your building needs? Call and describe it — we will tell you which schedule fits, even if it is the cheaper one.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes — most of our commercial work happens in the evening or overnight so your staff walks into a finished space. We can also work daytime for sites that prefer a visible presence.
Are you insured?
Yes. We send a certificate of insurance with the proposal, and we can name your building or management company as additional insured if your lease requires it.
Can we start with a trial?
Yes. Many clients begin with a one-time deep clean of the space so they can judge the standard before signing anything recurring.
Who has keys and access?
The same named crew. We keep an access list on the account, and you are told in advance if anyone new will be on site.
