Industrial space fails inspection on the parts nobody schedules — the dust on the racking, the break room, the restroom nobody claims. Those are on the checklist, in writing, before we start.

How industrial cleaning is priced
By square footage, floor condition and frequency. Machine scrubbing is quoted separately from general janitorial so you can run them on different schedules — most facilities scrub monthly or quarterly and keep restrooms and break rooms weekly. We walk the floor before quoting, always, because no two buildings wear the same way.

Can you work around our shifts?
Yes. Most of our industrial work happens on weekends, overnight or during a planned shutdown. Give us the window at the walkthrough and the scope is built to fit inside it.
Do you machine-scrub concrete?
Yes, and it is quoted as its own line so you can run it on a different schedule from the weekly janitorial. Most facilities scrub monthly or quarterly depending on traffic.
Are you insured?
Yes. We send a certificate of insurance with the proposal and can name your property owner or management company as additional insured.
What about safety requirements?
Our crew follows your site rules — PPE, sign-in, escorts, restricted zones. Tell us at the walkthrough and it goes on the scope sheet every crew member works from.
