How residential is priced
Flat rate per visit based on the size of the house and how many bathrooms it has — not hourly, so nobody is watching a clock. The first visit is usually priced higher because it is a deep clean that sets the baseline; after that the recurring rate holds. Weekly costs less per visit than monthly.

What does it cost?
Priced by the job after we have seen it — square footage, number of bathrooms and how long it has been since the last deep clean all move the number. The walkthrough is free and the price we give you is the price on the invoice.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring clients give us a code or a key and go to work. For the first visit we would rather you were there for ten minutes so we can walk it together.
Is it the same team every time?
Yes, and it is the main reason people stay. Ask any company you are considering who exactly will be in your house in ninety days. The answer tells you a lot.
What products do you use?
Plant-based, low-odor products that are safe around children and pets. If you would prefer we use your own products, we will.
